Above is the acquisition funnel for a new bill payment service. On the left are all the acquisition properties, and on the far right is the goal - a 1:1 meeting to facilitate onboarding. In between are the connections and assets needed to move people toward the goal. This map identified gaps, informed CTAs, and aligned the team.

Generate demand through content in digital advertising, direct mail, email, landing pages, organic and paid social, print collateral, sales enablement, SEO, signage, web sites, webinars, video. Above is a collection of banners I produced to drive adoption of 27 digital banking features and 7 product launches.

Video & Storytelling

Helped 82 small and large companies convert prospects into customers with marketing strategy consulting, delivered in over 100 explainer videos and product demos. 

But, ultimately, I turned raw inputs – objectives, capabilities, target buyers and competitors – into 90-second value propositions. 

I acted as a proxy for uninformed prospects because the client taught me, which enabled me to teach their potential customers.
